We hope you love your new sunglasses however if you do require an exchange or refund please follow our returns policy below.

RETURNS POLICY - UK

All items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Sunglasses which have been worn will be rejected and returned back to you. 

Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns however due to the size of our products, you can return these at your local post office as a Large letter which is between £0.96-£3 depending on the service you use. We do recommend using a tracked & signed for service as we cannot be responsible for items which are lost in the post. 

All returns are processed within 48 hours and the money should show in your account within 5 working days. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.

If you would like to make a return/exchange please email us at info@nalathelabel.com with 'RETURN' as the subject and we will get back to your straight away with our address & returns form. If you would like an exchange please also note your exchange item in your email.

All items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Sunglasses which have been worn will be rejected and returned back to you, at a cost to yourselves. 

Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns and you will be responsible for arrange your return with a courier service local to you. We do recommend using a tracked & signed for service as we cannot be responsible for items which are lost in the post.
